TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Any booking placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation arrangements subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Oxford Hotel London shall come into existence until Oxford Hotel London (1) issues a booking reference number; (2) issues a booking confirmation by email.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
In case of CANCELLATION or AMENDMENT, the Guests shall be required to give a notice of at least 48 Hours prior to Check-In time on Arrival date. Failure to do so or in the event of a NO SHOW, at least ONE Night’s Room charges shall be charged on the Customer’s Credit Card.

The Hotel reserves the right in the event of extreme circumstances to cancel or amend your booking as a result of either a emergency within the hotel for example fire/water damage in the hotel, or a overbooking.
